Worth ever penny fast a++++ Tool head went out after 6 days

I'm very happy with this sv08! I needed a tall printer and i don't trust my sv06+ to keep the tall prints stuck to the bed when slinging around. This printer is up to 4x faster than the sv06+ if pushed (depending on filament), and it prints noticeably better! The "taco bed" isn't too bad. Mine came in 0.268mm in default full bed probe. The 5020 front part cooler fan is loud, enough for my wife to complain about it. Adjust fan speed to quiet it down a bit. I quickly replaced tiny fan over the controller board underneath. I found a good printables and installed the winsinn 8010 ball bearing fan, a huge (quiet) upgrade along with appropriate printer.cfg pwm code. Also installed the second 8010 fan over the mosfets using a simple modified plate design off the original github and plugged into available pa6 port. Very fast 2-day shipping, already in the us.

So far this printer is freaking awesome! I had zero issues setting up. I am very excited to use this printer.

Better than i expected out of the box, amazing printer and i'm excited to upgrade it. It also arrived quickly and with the most recent firmware already (less than a month old).

Great build quality, easy to set up. There are some instances where the instructions could be more clear, but plenty of build videos on the internet to help you through.

Instructions to assemble are very bad and not intuitive. Auto level is not working. First print scratch the bed. Menu is outdated. It's not worth it.

Great printer - especially for the price. The bed probe could be a bit better at handling temperatures, but letting it preheat before starting a print seems to fix that good enough. Just a bit sad, that the klipper version isn't the normal one and cannot be updated as easily.

Sovol has always taken care of me. Was not sure about buying through here over their website as i have in the past. However, after receiving a box with some damage i messaged them. They assured me they would make everything right if anything went wrong. They have always messaged my emails back off of this platform, and now have on this platform. You can trust these guys. They have sent me code corrections and buildplates for mishaps on a pre-ordered unit. I will buy from sovol again.
